The "Cognitive Robotics" theme is at the crossroad of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. We are working with autonomous embodied systems, evolving in complex and non-constraint environments. One of the main research axis is the problem of grounding symbols into perception applied to navigation. In a recent past, we also work on control architectures and we created a scripting language for robot control (URBI) that can be used on any type of robot. URBI is now developped and commercialized by GOSTAI.
